Confirmation
We will send you an agreement sheet by e-mail after receive your event request.

The confirmation should be received no later than 15 days prior to the event.
Method of Payment
A deposit of 50% of each event estimate is required to reserve an event date. The remaining balance, or 100% of the event estimate, is due on the day of the event date.
Cancellation Policy
Event cancellation must be made in writing and the cancellation fee chargeable will be based on the following days of notice:
- 24 hours: 100% of total estimated charges
- 72 hours: 75% of total estimated charges
- 7 days: 50% of total estimated charges
